When undertaking a Security Compliance Intervention, critical areas of Security
Department Management are examined for both effectiveness and efficiency. Utilizing
proven Organizational Development techniques, our Team of experts reviews the
organizational structure of your Department, its operating procedures, budget,
scheduling and required AVSEC Documentation.
Following a comprehensive AVSEC Administrative Audit a Corrective Actions
Statement and Intervention Strategy are devised. Working with Department Heads,
"Stakeholders" and Senior Management, Spranza provides a road map to Compliance
and Cost Effective Operations.As an integral part of our Management Intervention, key personnel at all levels are given
two Teambuilding sessions. During these unique learning experiences members are
presented the fundamentals of Interpersonal and Organizational Communication,
Effective Supervisory Skills and techniques to enhance cooperation at all levels of the
organization. Coupled with our hands on approach, key staff are assisted in putting into
practice the techniques presented.

The Administrative Audit
Consisting of an in-depth review of the airport security plan, airport emergency plan,
contingency plans, activities of the Airport Security Committee, Emergency Exercise
critiques, responder personnel training documentation, airport media procedures and
storage, as well as key supplemental documentation as required by appropriate ICAO
standards and practices. (Amend 10 Sect. 4.7, 3.2 and 3.4) Results in a comprehensive
document assessing the current compliance with both ICAO and TSA/LPD requirements.
Contains corrective action plan as needed and regulatory references. Includes the
creation of a new or revised airport security plan and airport emergency plan as needed,
on a facility by facility basis and one (1) scenario evaluation of the final document(s) at
each facility undertaken.
